AI & your coaching
Will AI make my coaching feel less personal?
You decide how much the AI takes on. By default the team only drafts: replies in your voice that you approve or edit before anything reaches a client. If you want more speed, you can put individual agents on autopilot, and then exactly the tasks you cleared run on their own. It is a setting you control either way.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Every co-worker is optional and the full platform works manually. The AI Team is an add-on you switch on when you're ready.
Will my clients actually use the app?
They get everything the coaching needs in one app: workouts, meals, check-ins, messages, appointments and invoices. No PDF attachments, no WhatsApp chaos, no second tool to install. The client app is included in every plan.
Getting started
How hard is the setup?
About fifteen minutes. Guided onboarding walks you through clients, programs and billing, and if you get stuck you write directly to the founder, not a ticket queue.
Why change a system that works?
Because it works at a cost: chats you can't search, check-ins you read at midnight, clients who drift away quietly. STRENUO doesn't make you a different coach. It gives the coach you are the hours back.
How painful is switching from my current tool?
Not painful, because we do the heavy lifting. Send us your current setup and we migrate your clients, programs and history for you. Everyday data like new clients you can also import yourself. Most coaches are fully moved within a day.
Pricing
Isn't that expensive?
Expensive compared to what? The work doesn't disappear if you skip this. Every check-in read, every reply drafted, every summary written, every invoice chased: you just keep doing it yourself, at night, for free. And you're already paying for it in five or six tools and the hours you lose stitching them together. That bill exists today, it just arrives in pieces, and the biggest line on it is your time.
When does the Marketing & Growth add-on pay for itself?
That depends on what you charge. At typical package prices a single client who comes in through the pipeline covers a full year of the add-on. Charge less and it takes proportionally more. Run it against your own price, not ours.
What does it actually cost?
You pay per active client, from CHF 11 down to CHF 5 as you grow. During the beta everything is 50% off and billed monthly. At least one active client is always billed, so that is the smallest possible invoice. The AI Team and Marketing & Growth add-ons are flat amounts per coach, independent of how many clients you have. There are no other fees.
Is STRENUO overkill for a small client base?
No, the pricing is built for exactly that. With 5 clients you pay for 5 clients, nothing more. The platform grows when you do, not before.
How does the trial work?
14 days, full platform, nothing charged until the trial ends. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing.
Beta & data
Can I trust a beta with my business?
The core platform is stable and in daily use. Beta refers to the AI team, which is expanding week by week. You can export everything at any time and cancel monthly.
What happens when the beta ends?
Beta pricing ends with it and regular prices apply. We announce the end 30 days ahead, so nothing changes overnight.
Is my clients' data safe?
Yes. We take all the necessary measures to protect your data. You can export or delete it at any time.
